New Studio!

When the big studio opposite me at Krowji became available and after many glances in through the window imagining what could be… I received an inspiring letter that had just the thing I needed to hear. (Just joined a snail mail club- @luckyduckmailclub )

So, a few hours later that day I had got the keys, moved all my stuff in and decided to fully commit and jump in!! The first week in my new studio was full of manic energy to get it up and running as I decided to host a few kids workshops over Easter Holidays as a trial. (It was good fun and will do more in school holidays!) I also discovered the sunsets out of the window were super special and filled the studio with shades of orange and pink!!

What is amazing is that the Cornwall Open Studios is now around the corner - the 2 last weekends of May (23rd, 24th and 25th and the 30th, 31st and 1st of May) and I will be opening my new studio doors, so if you wanted to pop in and see me, my art and new space, you can :-) I will be in studio 217 in the Percy Williams building at Krowji in Redruth.

I will be showcasing my new artwork from “Around the Beacon”, as well as artwork from the last couple of years. There will be a selection of greetings cards, prints, and even a RAFFLE painting - I shall be selling tickets at £5 a ticket - at the end of the open studios I will announce a winner for the painting!
